ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been a State Farm agent for 18 years, and before that I spent time in a corporate leadership role with State Farm - experience that shaped how I lead and support others today. What truly sets our agency apart is how customer-focused we are. We take pride in doing what's right for people, providing excellent service, and building real relationships in the community.

Our team is small but mighty, with three full-time team members who work together in a friendly, supportive environment. I'm also very invested in helping my team succeed, not just professionally, but personally too - because when people feel supported, they do their best work.

Outside of the office, I'm a proud University of Akron graduate with a B.S. in Business, and I've earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations through The American College. I spend my time outside of work with my family, training for cycling races, and staying involved through my church and a local Annapolis-area Christian school.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 1995.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
