Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk to join our busy and patient-focused dental practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping patients achieve their dental health goals.
Position Summary
The Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Deskt serves as an essential member of our team by helping patients understand their treatment plans, scheduling appointments, reviewing financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth check-out experience.
Responsibilities
Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans to patients
Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities
Coordinate financing options and collect payments
Schedule treatment appointments and follow-up visits
Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Confirm appointments and manage the provider schedule
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding balances
Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
Qualifications
Previous dental office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling
Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
