We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk to join our busy and patient-focused dental practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping patients achieve their dental health goals.

Position Summary

The Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Deskt serves as an essential member of our team by helping patients understand their treatment plans, scheduling appointments, reviewing financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth check-out experience.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans to patients

• Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities

• Coordinate financing options and collect payments

• Schedule treatment appointments and follow-up visits

• Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

• Confirm appointments and manage the provider schedule

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding balances

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient support

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience preferred

• Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling

• Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday
