Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure continuity. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Assist departments in meeting their goals and key performance targets. Act as the primary point of contact for training, scheduling, and inventory control during shifts. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
