Warehouse Associate - Play a Vital Role in Our Production Process

Become an essential member of the North Paint team, supporting the handling and processing of painted Track Frames, Main Frames, and Cylinders. In this role, you will operate and assist with key equipment such as drop download and unload stations, a manual 4-stage wash system, dry-off oven, manual paint booth, and infrared curing oven. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a smooth, efficient flow and high-quality output within our manufacturing system.

Required Skills

• Ability to safely operate or assist with warehouse and manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Physical stamina for manual labor including standing and lifting
• Basic communication skills for effective teamwork
• Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with paint booth operations or painting processes
• Familiarity with curing ovens and drying equipment
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience beneficial

Other Requirements

• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
