For recent graduates or nurses with under a year of experience, our 9-month Nurse Residency Program provides structured guidance and additional support as you embark on your journey in rehabilitation nursing. This program includes an extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, targeted education, and an evidence-based project, all designed to pave the way for your long-term success.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.

• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
