If you want to work for a company that values excellence and surround yourself with a talented team of professionals, we look forward to receiving your resume!Position: General AccountantLocation: Cameron Park, CAStatus: Full TimeHours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMOur Compensation and Benefits show how much we value our team!$65k - $85k, depending on experienceMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with high company contributionLong Term Disability and Life Insurance Plans401K plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and HolidaysSnap Fitness Gym MembershipKey Responsibilities:GL account maintenanceAssist with the preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAPManage fixed asset and depreciation schedulesRecord accruals and track prepaymentsReconcile loan payments and maintain accurate amortization schedulesReconcile credit cards and general accounts monthlyReview of payroll data for accuracyAnalyze financial data and assist with budgets and forecastsAssist with AP and AR related activities including creating invoices and communication with customers and vendorsProcess vendor returns and track debit and credit memosMaintain and review inventory reports and job costing dataPerform inventory cycle countsTrack cash flowFile and organize internal financial files (paper and electronic)Qualifications:AA or BA in accounting preferred but not required3-5 years of accounting experienceDetailed knowledge of excel and word programsExperience with accounting software within and ERP, Jobboss2 is a plusKnowledge of internal control framework
