Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in maintaining and repairing various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all mechanical systems are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our rental vehicles. Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed for repairs or upgrades. Conduct brake repairs and alignments to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose mechanical issues accurately. Work with hydraulic systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair or similar mechanical fields. Familiarity with rental industry is a plus. Strong understanding of schematics and technical manuals. Knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC systems, and brake repair techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
