Hospice Visiting Nurse

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a compassionate Hospice Visiting Nurse to deliver high-quality in-home end-of-life care. In this role, you will conduct patient assessments, manage symptoms and pain, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team using modern digital health tools. You’ll educate and support families, ensuring dignity and comfort for patients.
