Digital Marketing Coordinator

Compensation: $24 to $27

Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in developing engaging digital content and managing social media channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, social media content creation, and image/video editing. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels.
  
  
• Design graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop.
  
  
• Edit images and basic video content to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  
  
• Schedule and manage social media posts using social media management tools.
  
  
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.
  
  
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  
  
• Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
  
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and promote company initiatives.
  
  
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging social media best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field.
  
  
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
  
  
• Experience creating and editing social media content.
  
  
• Understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
  
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
  
  
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  
  
• Experience with Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  
  
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  
  
• Photography and video editing experience.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
