Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data for customized treatment plans. \n

- Facilitating individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities and approaches that match clients’ preferences. \n
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, including psychiatrists and social workers, enhancing holistic support for clients. \n
- Maintaining detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation. \n
