Proven ability to manage six to seven-figure monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI. Knowledge of mortgage or regulated financial services advertising compliance requirements. PPC Strategist Responsibilities: Own and execute the paid media channel strategy across search, display, remarketing, and paid social channels. Develop and optimize campaigns targeting mortgage products and geographic markets. Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and campaign performance to maximize lead volume and funded loans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal standards.
