About the Role:

Join Ellie Mental Health as a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist in Fredericksburg, VA, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples or family therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Active enrollment in a state-approved supervision program for licensure.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards clients.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Compensation: $63,135.00 - $70,179.00 per year
