Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 27; Type of staff: Day Shift 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs; Night Shift 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs; Patient Ratios RN/LVN Team Model 9-10 pts per team; Type of equipment Telemetry monitors, IV pumps; EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Telemetry experience; ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Best personality fit: Positive, flexible, adaptable, team player

Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Floating Area(s): Has the potential to be floated to any other med/surg unit

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Weekends and On call(if any): At minimum every other weekend, but will be scheduled to the greatest need.
