3rd Shift | Quality Assurance Systems Technician

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support inspection and testing activities for production parts. This role ensures that parts meet internal specifications and customer requirements. This is a third-shift position (11:00PM - 7:30 AM)

The Company


Kleiss High Precision, a member of The Heico Companies' Plastics Segment, is a U.S.-based precision injection molding company specializing in tight-tolerance plastic components for demanding applications. The company combines advanced molding technologies, micro-molding capabilities, robust quality systems, and extensive experience processing high-performance engineering polymers to support customers from prototype through production. Key Responsibilities


• Perform in-process and final inspections per defined procedures


• Record and review inspection data for accuracy and completeness


• Operate and maintain lab and measurement equipment


• Support production with timely inspection results and communication


• Support prototype and NPI inspection activities as needed

This is a third-shift position (11:00PM - 7:30 AM)

Required Qualifications


• High school diploma or GED


• Experience in quality inspection or laboratory environment preferred


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement equipment


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
