Our client is seeking for below role and details are as follows: Primary Functions Job Functions / Responsibilities Prepare and issue purchase orders for MRO products and services. Route and distribute purchase orders for approval according to authority matrices. Manage supplier relationships, including cost, quality, delivery, and service requirements. Source suppliers, obtain quotations and bids, and make purchasing decisions. Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline purchasing activities. Develop and implement cost-reduction and supply chain improvement strategies. Support Commodity Managers regarding commercial and contractual requirements. Maintain supplier databases and communications. Issue change orders related to price, specifications, and quantities. Coordinate MRO activities with Administrative, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, and other departments. Monitor product quality and quantity and implement corrective actions when needed. Resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounting and requestors. Use Business Intelligence tools for MRO analysis and reporting. Complete special projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of purchasing, billing, financial management, engineering, operations, or related business experience. Experience with production or MRO purchasing, manufacturing, and/or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Creative, quality-focused, and results-driven. Self-motivated team player capable of working with limited supervision. Demonstrated leadership ability. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
