Principal - CRA Compliance

Sub-Family DefinitionCommunity Reinvestment is responsible for supporting the organizational community presence strategy, activities, and reporting to ensure compliance, strengthen community impact, and promote fair and equitable access to financial services. Activities may include:Collecting, validating, and analyzing community reinvestment related data.Monitoring community development lending, investments, and services.Preparing regulatory reports and examination materials.Implementing processes and controls that ensure accurate tracking of community reinvestment eligible activities.Collaborating with business units to identify community development opportunities.Supporting outreach efforts with nonprofit organizations, community partners, and local stakeholders.Career Specialization DefinitionCRA Compliance is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements and supporting strategies that promote community development and responsible banking practices. Activities may include:Monitoring regulatory requirements and emerging guidanceAssessing CRA performance and reporting obligationsConducting risk assessments and control reviewsSupporting examinations and regulatory interactionsProviding guidance to business partners regarding CRA requirementsDeveloping policies, procedures, and training programsOther duties as assignedCareer Level DefinitionRecognized subject matter expert in a job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
