If you're looking for a flexible role with a forward-thinking organization, we'd love to hear from you.Why You'll Love Working Here:PRN (as-needed) schedule with flexibilityEligible for our monthly Tech Bonus ProgramAverage bonus equivalent to $4.00/hour in addition to competitive base payMonthly incentives based on positive patient reviewsCross-training opportunities in other modalities (CT or MRI with ARRT exam prep provided!)Supportive and professional team cultureAdditional Perks Include:Team-Based Bonus Program - PRN Mammography Techs are eligible for a monthly bonus based on team volume goals—earn more when your team exceeds targets, with no monthly cap.What You'll Do:As a Mammography Technologist, you'll perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with precision and care, following protocols and ensuring a safe, supportive experience for every patient.Essential Responsibilities:Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality images (70%)Perform daily quality control/assurance checks on mammography equipment (10%)Complete exam and patient history documentation in RIS system (10%)Identify and address scheduling concerns as needed (10%)Additional Expectations:Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked departmentCollaborate in a respectful, fast-paced team settingStay compliant with ACR standards and MQSA regulationsUphold the Radiologic Technologist Code of EthicsTake initiative to solve workflow challenges and improve processesQualifications:ARRT certification in Mammography (ARRT M)Florida State Radiologic Technologist LicenseMQSA-compliant (Digital & 3D Mammography)BLS CertificationMinimum 2 years of mammography experienceExperience in stereotactic breast biopsy or willingness to learn preferredPatient-focused, proactive, and team-oriented attitudePhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods and assist patients with limited mobilityFrequent bending and reaching required for proper positioningJoin Our Team!
