Job Summary:

The Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for audit-related events and team functions. This role ensures food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met while supporting a seamless hospitality experience in dynamic, travel-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare menus tailored to the needs of the audit team, clients, and specific event requirements
  Execute food preparation and cooking with consistent quality, portion control, and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling, storage, and kitchen practices
• Coordinate with hospitality staff to manage food service logistics, including timing, setup, and service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area, adhering to sanitation standards
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking food and supply levels during assignments
• Adapt recipes and menus based on dietary restrictions, guest preferences, or available ingredients
• Provide leadership to support staff (e.g., cooks, kitchen assistants), ensuring collaboration and efficiency in execution

Qualifications:

• Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of meals in high-pressure or mobile environments
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Creativity and adaptability in menu planning and problem-solving
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently or with a small team
