Sales Talent Acquisition Partner

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for all sales roles Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection activities Build diverse talent pools through social branding, social media, advertisements, networking, and referrals Build external networks and source qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates Use social media, networking sites, job boards, and diverse talent communities to improve sourcing Promote hiring events and crowdsource potential candidates Partner with leaders to source and hire candidates for sales roles, including Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, and Automation Sales Recruit key staff Communicate with managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process Facilitate employment offers and obtain acceptances Understand business unit and corporate department missions, functions, and people Develop relationships with vendors and external partners Establish processes and tools to evaluate candidate qualifications, capabilities, and experience consistently Create a positive candidate experience and identify process improvement opportunities Support the company's Affortative Action Plan through outreach initiatives Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert and coach managers throughout the selection process Study recruiting trends and stay current with emerging best practices and technologies Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years' experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, and technical-based environment Knowledge of the full life cycle of recruitment Experience successfully sourcing candidates through creative and alternate means Demonstrated and applied knowledge of all employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruiting function Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to maintain confidentiality Travel required periodically to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for sales roles.
