Job Details Location: 16161 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Suite 101, Panama City, FL, 32413, United States Base Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour Job Category: 1 Employee Type: Part Time, Non‑Exempt Responsibilities Inspect vacation rental properties for compliance with company standards. Check items such as TV controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. Verify that the property has all items promised to guests by the company. Perform small maintenance repairs when necessary. Communicate large maintenance repairs and other important findings to the appropriate departments upon completion of the inspection. Benefits Eligible for a $250 sign‑on bonus: $125 paid on the first paycheck and $125 paid after 90 days of employment. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation to and from work. Schedule Part‑time position located in Panama City Beach, FL. Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs.
