Looking for a laboratory opportunity with a great schedule, strong team environment, and work-life balance? Join our high-volume outpatient laboratory as a Lab Associate I!
In this role, youll support daily laboratory operations while providing a positive experience for patients and helping the team keep things running smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Perform phlebotomy in a high-volume outpatient setting
- Transcribe paper orders accurately
- Stock and maintain laboratory supplies
- Support the team with day-to-day laboratory operations
Schedule
- Monday-Friday | 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
- No regularly scheduled weekends
- Paid on-call coverage approximately 2-3 weekends per year
- Only one holiday per calendar year
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience is required
- Phlebotomy experience
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient laboratory
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
