Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy medical practice you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, collect copays,make follow up appointments.The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
Greet patients as they arrive at the practice
Schedule appointments, check patients in and collect co pays
Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not a deal breaker
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patients needs
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
