Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary Seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy and behavioral health services. This is a fully onsite position requiring work Monday through Friday, with services split between McGregor and Sandstone, MN. Location McGregor, MN & Sandstone, MN Job Type Full-Time Roles & Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing mental health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy and clinical counseling services. Manage an appropriate clinical caseload. Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation. Coordinate care with internal and external providers. Submit accurate billing for services. Provide treatment based on each client's clinical needs. Education, Licensure, And Experience Post-Master's degree in a relevant mental health field. Minnesota license as an LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW, OR Clinical Trainee working toward one of these licenses under supervision. Must be comfortable treating clients ages 6 and older. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between McGregor and Sandstone, MN. Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
