Duties and Responsibilities Manage a staff of Assistant Managers and 15‑30 employees, depending on location. Assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance. Handle hiring, training, evaluation, discipline, and termination of employees. Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching for new hires. Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste or theft. Assist in supervising, preparing, selling, and furnishing food. Forecast food items by estimating the amount of each item required per shift. Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assist team members during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency. Help team members greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, assemble orders, and verify completeness and accuracy. Ensure that every customer receives world‑class service. Complete daily food preparations, including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and product rotation. Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork accurately. Control inventory using weekly systems and maintain regular ordering schedules. Conduct weekly manager meetings. Audit systems, procedures, and end‑of‑shift paperwork. Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies. Take responsibility for 100% of the cash drawer during shifts. Manage deposits and change orders per Deposit Operating Procedure. Perform additional related duties as required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Environment Use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions. Stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, listen, and demonstrate adequate close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds. Meet the physical demands described above to successfully perform the essential job functions. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Have reliable transportation.
