• Role Description \ The Padel Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for delivering individual and group training sessions to players at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and leading padel drills, teaching proper technique and tactics, and monitoring player progress to adjust training programs as needed. The coach will enforce safety guidelines, prepare and maintain courts and equipment, and ensure sessions start and end on time. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients and caregivers, providing feedback on development, collaborating with other staff on schedules and events, and occasionally supporting tournaments, clinics, or promotional activities.
• Qualifications \ \ Strong padel playing ability with solid knowledge of rules, techniques, and game strategy.
• Experience in coaching or teaching racket sports, preferably padel or tennis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Ability to design structured training plans focused on skill development and fitness.
• Commitment to player safety, including proper warm-up, cool-down, and injury-prevention practices.
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, group sessions, and client expectations.
• Positive, encouraging attitude and the ability to motivate individuals and groups.
• Availability to work full-time, including evenings or weekends as needed for sessions or events.
• Previous experience in sports clubs, academies, or recreational programs is highly beneficial.
• Coaching certifications or relevant sports training credentials are a plus.
• Ability to stand, move, and actively demonstrate drills for extended periods.
• Basic English communication; additional language skills (such as Spanish) are an advantage in Miami.
