Junior Action Officer

Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) is currently recruiting for a Junior Action Officer to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). This position is full-time, exempt. Start date is immediate upon selection and public trust clearance processing as required.

SUMMARY

The Junior Action Officer role would be supporting the DGRS office.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Track new initiatives across the agency; work with leadership teams to implement new tools. Support executive communications across the agency. Track tasks and items to completion; develop new reports. Support administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, etc. Job Requirements Master's degree in any field, preferably in STEM, Business, or International Studies/National Security. Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning and/or performance management. Previous experience in project management, process design and facilitation, and executive communications. Previous experience in designing and implementing processes and SOPs. Strong proficiency in M365 and Atlassian. Background in health policy and/or biomedical research. Ability to work collaboratively with all team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Word.
