Qualifications:

Five or more years of bookkeeping and accounting experience

Associate's degree in accounting and relevant business courses

A strong skill set with personal computers is mandatory, including working knowledge of

Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software.

Responsibilities:

Process daily billing, receipts, credit applications, and resolve billing disputes

Enter accounts payable invoices

Process check runs

Enter credit card charges into the accounting system

Monitor accounts Immediate opening looking for candidates available to start within 12 weeks. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of Apollo Safety. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting monthly close activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process payroll and related entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Support the month-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• 37+ years bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Compensation: $65,000 $85,000 based on experience
