Senior Property ManagerThe Senior Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of property operation at multiple locations. This includes ensuring consistent execution of revenue collection and expense management practices, operational and contractual obligations, resident relations policies and procedures, and employee hiring, training, development and retention.We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to support our Chatham Court community in Philadelphia, PA, a property comprising 44 unit residential property and also support our Ambler community in Ambler, PA comprising of 60 units.
