SUMMARY

Assistin daily Front of House operations to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-MichelinStar experience to all guests. Maintain all aspects of the service areas anddining room. Serve as a support to the Front Server.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Able to enterorders correctly and efficiently
2. Able to maintain orderlyside stands
3. Will routinely refillwater pitchers
4. Replenish thedrawer with proper silverware
5. Consistently clearthe section as needed
6. Communicates tothe kitchen with the needs of the section
7. Spearheadsresetting within the section

1. Able to providehouse guests with a check-in tour and accurately discuss the rooms and history
2. Can function asthe Closing Team Leader (CTL)
3. Capable ofassisting the front desk with a variety of needs (SOF’s, assisting valet,welcome cocktail, etc.)
4. Demonstratesexcellent understanding of The Forbes Travel Guide’s standards

QUALIFICATIONS

2. Mustbe at least 16 years of age 3. Mustbe well-groomed and well-presented with no visible tattoos 4. Musthave reliable transportation

1. Familiarity withForbes Standards
2. Ability tocommunicate in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
3. Certification inalcohol awareness program
4. Certification inCPR
5. Prior experiencewith Resortsuite and Tock
6. Basic wineknowledge
