Sierra Medical Center in Reno, NV, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery unit to provide safe, competent obstetric care during labor and birth, and to support mothers and families throughout the intrapartum period. The role includes continuous monitoring, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team to manage obstetric emergencies and postpartum care, in a 170-bed acute care setting with full benefits and a night shift schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
