Senior Program Manager

Job Location: In-Person, $140K–$180K/Year (Based on Experience), Full-Time, Excellent Benefits Our client is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in highly engineered equipment for critical and regulated industries, and they want you to join their team as a Senior Program Manager . Your day-to-day as a Senior Program Manager: Lead and oversee a team of project managers executing complex, custom-engineered manufacturing programs Drive end-to-end program execution including proposal support, planning, budgeting, risk management, and milestone tracking Serve as the primary customer point of contact post-award, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Manage scope changes, evolving requirements, and contract compliance while maintaining schedule and cost controls Your skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field 10+ years of technical program or project management experience within a manufacturing or engineered-to-order environment Strong understanding of project management methodologies and commercial contract execution Proven leadership experience managing multiple complex projects and mentoring project managers U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
