Intake & Recovery Services Specialist

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking an Intake Specialist for Y-Haven to support admissions, referrals, and outreach. You will conduct screenings, coordinate with the Clinical Director, provide case management and SUD counseling, and help former residents maintain recovery. This role requires compassionate communication and the ability to screen across shelters, jails, hospitals, and shelters, ensuring accurate records in AWARDS EMR and participating in team and QA meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA
