What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to cardiac ICU patients in a busy hospital environment
• Monitor cardiac and vital signs, including telemetry, Swan-Ganz catheters, and balloon pumps
• Perform invasive procedures such as IV starts, PA line placements, and ventilator management
• Administer conscious sedation and respond to patient needs during critical events
• Float within ICU units as needed, maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license or Eligible for license in Ohio
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience, preferably in Cardiac ICU
• Proficiency in IV start, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, PA lines, and EPIC EMR
• Preferred: prior travel nursing experience
