Accounting & Business Controller

We are pleased to announce that a company with which we partner is looking to add an Accounting & Business Controller to their team. This role will be fast tracked to a VP level. Business & Accounting Controller Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid) Responsibilities Prepare accounting monthly closes, quarterly break-even analysis, and complete annual audits Supervise accounting, administrative and HR/payroll staff, reviewing/coordinating work schedules and organizing training Ensure compliance with government regulations Coordinate with HR on all required government filings Prepare annual corporate insurance reviews and renewals Work cross-functionally with all levels of Accounting, HR, Senior Management, and Project Managers Qualifications A bachelor's degree in accounting is required CPA required 8+ years of accounting experience Experience in the professional services industry is preferred Experience with a cloud-based software package: Deltek Vision is a plus Involvement in monthly operational and financial closings #J-18808-Ljbffr Pareto Solutions Group, Inc.
