We operate as a fiduciary and advocate for entrepreneurial physicians, assisting with term and rate negotiations for independent clinicians and building flexible employment structures around each client's unique needs. We bring nearly two decades of MD/DO talent acquisition experience across the United States, and we grow our network of top-tier physicians through physician ambassadors and doc-to-doc referrals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a trusted, responsive point of contact for the physicians we represent and the healthcare organizations we partner with.
• Support our physicians across 1099 PSA, W2-Perm, and Locum Tenens placements, helping coordinate the flexible employment structures our candidates and clients need.
• Help prepare for rate, term, and PSA negotiations by organizing documents, opportunity details, and timelines.
• Coordinate per diem malpractice coverage, track non-clinical physician opportunities, and manage the details of confidential searches.
• Nurture our network of physician ambassadors and doc-to-doc referrals, keeping relationships strong and every physician's file current in our databases.
• Manage appointments, calendars, and correspondence, and organize events that build community across the physician and healthcare leadership world.
