Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring for Commercial Electricians in Avondale, AZ. 58+ Hours Per Week. As a trusted partner in the construction industry, we connect top talent with top companies across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Install, bend, and remove conduit to accommodate wiring needs.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Pull electrical wiring through conduit and connect it to circuit breakers, transformers, and outlets.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including conduit, lighting fixtures, electrical panels, transformers, switches, and motors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial electrical installations, supported by an apprenticeship or equivalent background.
• Possession of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand tools.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
• Reliable Transportation
• School Remodels and Ground Up Construction Preferred
• Must Have or be willing to get JLA Badge

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to talk or hear, sit, stand, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, use hands, and/or reach out for prolonged periods of time
• Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and poles.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
• Must be able to work around wood dust and fumes
• Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises
• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be aware of OSHA safety standards

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30 to $38 per hour, DOE

Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the available hourly pay scale for this position is $30 to $38 per hour, DOE. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
