Renewal Specialist

Invitation Homes is seeking a Renewal Specialist to support resident retention and revenue growth across our single-family rental portfolio. In this role, you will manage the full lease renewal lifecycle—from outreach through execution—guiding residents through options, pricing, and term adjustments while delivering a resident-first experience. You will analyze occupancy, resident history, and local market conditions to support renewal recommendations, prepare and track renewal offers, and ensure timely completion of all documents. Working closely with operations and asset management, you’ll help reduce vacancy, improve satisfaction, and uphold our standards of integrity, collaboration, and accountability in every interaction.
