How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead and Coordinate Programs: Oversee assigned programs by managing plans, schedules, budgets, and tasks to ensure successful execution.

• Track Performance: Document and monitor program progress against goals, recommending alternative actions based on outcomes.

• Support Stakeholders: Prepare comprehensive reports, materials, and presentations to assist program leadership.

• Promote Initiatives: Coordinate and execute promotional activities to effectively reach target audiences.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Must live in Chicagoland and be able to come to an Ascension IL ministry as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation.
