We are looking for a confident, highly fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter to join our public adjusting firm . We work with homeowners throughout the United States who may need assistance filing and navigating property insurance claims. Your primary responsibility will be communicating with potential clients who have already responded to our outreach. You will use our proven system to answer text messages, qualify interested homeowners, make calls when necessary, and schedule appointments for our field representatives/public adjusters. What you'll be doing: Responding to homeowners who engage with our outreach regarding potential property insurance claims Speaking with homeowners who may need assistance filing an insurance claim for damage to their property Calling interested or potentially interested homeowners when needed Following our existing scripts and proven appointment-setting system Answering basic questions and handling objections naturally Qualifying potential clients and identifying homeowners who may have a valid reason to file a property insurance claim Scheduling qualified appointments for our field representatives/public adjusters Updating leads and appointments inside our CRM Who we're looking for: Near native American spoken English is REQUIRED. We are specifically looking for someone who is extremely comfortable communicating with American customers and understands U.S. conversational culture. You should be able to have a natural conversation rather than simply read from a script. You do NOT need to live in the United States. Experience working with U.S. customers is strongly preferred. Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, call centers, roofing, insurance, public adjusting, real estate, home improvement, or other U.S. home-service industries is a major plus. You should be: Confident on the phone Persuasive without being overly aggressive Comfortable handling objections Reliable and consistent Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software Able to follow a system while still sounding natural Available during U.S. business hours Compensation: This position offers a $1,000 monthly base salary plus performance-based commission. In addition to the base salary, you will earn $200 for every lead that results in a signed client. Our performance expectation is approximately 10 signed clients per month. At that level, compensation would be: Base Salary: $1,000/month 10 Signed Clients x $200 Expected Total Monthly Compensation: $3,000 There is no set limit on commission - the more qualified leads you convert into signed clients, the more you can earn. We provide the leads, systems, scripts, and workflow. Your responsibility is to communicate with homeowners, identify and qualify potential clients who may need assistance with a property insurance claim, and consistently generate quality appointments that our in-person representatives will work to convert into signed clients. Please speak naturally. Do not read a prepared script. We are evaluating communication ability, confidence, conversational English, and overall customer-facing presence. Candidates who perform well will be invited to a short interview. We're looking for people who want to become long-term members of our team.
