Role Overview Accountable for warehouse inventory through documentation and procedure verification. Perform data entry transactions in SAP, including Goods Receipt and Material Transfers. Complete cycle counts of physical inventory and analyze discrepancies. Audit incoming and outgoing transactions for quality assurance. Interact with various personnel and suggest process improvements. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in inventory and warehouse operations. Experience in Inventory, Material Accounting, or Cycle Counting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to comprehend shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Acute attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook. Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and systems (SAP preferred). Ability to work cohesively within a dynamic team. Clear communication skills. Education & Experience No degree necessary; relevant experience preferred. Forklift and overhead crane certification provided upon hire. Background in inventory procedures, warehouse operations, and Shipping/Receiving is essential.
