We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.Build and manage relationships with US Marine Corps units to accelerate drone and Interceptor adoption on the modern battlefield. You'll own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and thus coordinate complex field demonstrations, navigate DoD procurement processes, and work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to deliver capability at speed.You should have the following:5+ years in defense business development, program management, or military operationsActive TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain oneDirect experience working with USMC units, programs, or operationsStrong technical fluency with unmanned systems or defense hardwareWillingness to travel as needed to military bases and field locationsExceptional communication skills with military and civilian stakeholdersComfort working across sales, product, operations, and leadership teamsHigh ownership, strong judgment, and a mission-first mindsetNice to have:Prior USMC serviceProven track record closing DoD contracts ($500K+)Experience with DoD procurement vehiclesExperience with SOCOM or Marine Special OperationsRelationships within USMC acquisition or requirements communityFAA Part 107 remote pilot certificateExperience running field demonstrations or training eventsKnowledge of spectrum management and DoD frequency coordinationUS Salary Range: $110,500 - $154,500 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
