Service Advisor

Due to retirement and expansion, Anderson & Koch Ford is looking for a Service Advisor who is tech-savvy, personable, and passionate about customer service. In this role, you'll act as the vital link between our customers and our service departmenthelping them understand their vehicle's needs while ensuring their visit is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. We are especially looking for someone who embraces new processes, is open to new ideas, and is excited to continuously improve how we serve our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers warmly, listening carefully to their concerns, and documenting repair requests with accuracy
• Using technology platforms to build, explain, and present service estimates clearly
• Communicating proactively with customers throughout the service process using phone, text, or email
• Dispatching work effectively to technicians and tracking progress in real-time
• Reviewing multi-point inspections and presenting findings in a clear, trustworthy way
• Coordinating parts, transportation, and scheduling needs to keep service flowing smoothly
• Closing repair orders, reviewing invoices, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied

Qualifications include:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information simply
• Comfort with technology, including dealership management software, tablets, texting tools, and digital inspection platforms
• A customer-first mindset with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Willingness to adapt, learn, and embrace new processes and ideas
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
