Desktop Publishing Specialist

Graphic Designer
Location: Lafayette, CO (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Overview
Seeking a Graphic Designer with strong desktop publishing skills to create and maintain Instructions for Use (IFU) documents and other print and digital materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with document layout, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications in a MacOS environment.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with desktop publishing, layout design, and print production
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
• Experience working in MacOS
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with large InDesign documents, including Book Tool, Object Styles, Character Styles, and Paragraph Styles
• Medical device labeling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and format IFU documents and other printed and digital materials
• Ensure document accuracy and compliance with design standards
• Incorporate revisions and content updates accurately
• Review documents for quality and consistency
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
• Manage multiple projects and changing priorities while meeting deadlines
