Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license (No CDL required) Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for marijuana) Satisfactory motor vehicle record Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly What You’ll Do Load/unload packages and deliver on time using GPS Drive safely, follow all traffic laws and company policies Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions Use smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication Help teammates with rescue stops when needed Schedule & Benefits 10-hour shifts (weekdays & weekends based on business needs) $22 per hour – Weekly Pay 2 paid 15‑minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break Opportunity for performance incentives and seasonal bonuses (eligibility subject to plan terms) Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (for those averaging 30+ hours/week) Paid Time Off accrues immediately 401(k) plan • Access to 50% of earned wages before payday (Patactiv/Zayzoom) Tuition assistance, advancement opportunities, and more Equipment Provided: Delivery vehicle, gas, uniforms, and handheld technology.
