Open Position We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full‑time positions at Hillcrest & Hermitage Care & Rehab. The role includes day‑to‑day nursing responsibilities, supervision of nursing assistants, and compliance with federal, state, and local standards. We offer a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 26 payments, a $8/hour night shift differential, and a competitive hourly rate up to USD 33.72. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. Qualifications Active LPN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
