Pay Range: $45,000 - $150,000 annually (Commission Based)
Job Description
This isn't your average sales role, it's an opportunity to build a lasting career, helping customers create spaces they love. As a Sales Associate at Furniture Mart USA, you'll guide customers through a wide selection of stylish home furnishings. Your work will play a key role in helping customers turn houses into homes, for the people they lovebecause that's what we're passionate about.
Job Duties
- Stay Positive: Make great first impressions with energy and enthusiasm.
- Connect with Customers: Build lasting relationships and grow your referral network.
- Know Your Stuff: Use your product knowledge to match customers with the right pieces.
- Perfect the Process: Verify orders and ensure seamless transactions.
- Follow Through: Handle post-sale issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- Some sales experience preferred
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, a criminal background check
