You will coordinate individualized care for patients of all ages, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you’ll deliver exceptional outcomes while demonstrating respect, dignity, and kindness in every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough age-specific admission and ongoing patient assessments to guide care planning.Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.Revise and evaluate care plans based on patient progress and changes in condition.Administer and document medications and treatments accurately using EPIC (Electronic Medical Records).Use critical thinking and delegation to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.Promote a team-oriented, supportive, and safe environment.Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing (eligible for VA RN licensure exam).No experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply!Current Virginia RN License (or eligible for licensure).CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as needed.Computer proficiency in EPIC or other EMR systems.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay Range: $30.47 - $45.71/hour (based on experience)Shift Options: Day/Evening/Night (Every Other Weekend)Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 for Experienced RNsUp to $20,000 for New Graduate RNsCareer Growth: Opportunities for professional development and advancementWhy Join Through Global Placement Firm?At Global Placement Firm, we connect talented nurses with exceptional healthcare opportunities across the country.
