TDH Transport LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to handle the company’s accounting and tax-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file business tax returns and required tax documents.
• Prepare financial statements and tax documents for year-end filing.
• Maintain and balance the company’s books.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare customer invoices and track outstanding payments.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Track expenses, receipts, and company purchases.
• Review financial records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with the CPA or tax authorities when necessary.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.

Qualifications:

• Previous accounting experience required.
• Experience preparing and filing business taxes.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statements.
• Experience balancing books and reconciling accounts.
• QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Transportation or small-business accounting experience is a plus.
