About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Corporate FP&A and Strategic Finance. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the enterprise's financial planning, performance management, and capital allocation strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all FP&A and strategic finance activities, including long-range planning, annual operating plans, and executive and Board reporting. The VP will also be a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring that financial decisions are based on rigorous analytics and support long-term value creation. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in a dynamic environment, capable of leading a world-class FP&A organization and driving financial rigor across the enterprise. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in corporate FP&A, and a preference for those with an MBA or CFA. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to financial leadership. Experience in a large, matrixed, multi-business organization, particularly within the CPG or related industry, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to partner with executive teams, lead large-scale transformation initiatives, and possess strong expertise in financial planning, capital allocation, and performance management. The role also demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to build and develop high-performing teams, and a commitment to fostering a culture of analytical rigor and enterprise-first finance.
