Key Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances
Support financial reporting and business performance analysis
Partner cross-functionally with operational leaders and management teams
Assist with process improvements and accounting efficiency initiatives
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong experience with reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
Ability to analyze variances and identify root causes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment
